Provision of after-sales technical support and training services
We also provide the following after-sales technical and training services to support our customers both locally and internationally. In Malaysia, our services are undertaken by our local engineers, while our overseas services are provided by our New Affiliate, supporting us through the provision of localized after-sales technical support and training services in Thailand and Vietnam. The after-sales technical support and training services we provide comprise:
Technical support services and material support
We provide our existing customers with technical support services to troubleshoot any issues concerning any machinery, equipment and/or integrated solutions provided by us. Our service department is on standby to provide technical support services 24 hours daily to our customers.
We also repaid and replace spare parts such as motors, electronic control cards and mechanical parts, and have the technical expertise to configure and upgrade software used in the machinery, equipment and/or integrated solutions provided by us.
Maintenance and upgrading services
We offer maintenance services which include and upgrading our existing customer’s machinery, equipment and/or integrated solutions provided by us. We also upgrade or enhance processes of our customers’ existing production line systems and solutions.
On-site technical personnel support
As we collaborate with our customers to design, develop and customize the processes required in producing our customer’s intended product, and the solutions required in carrying out these processes, we are familiar with the existing customer’s processes. Our customers may request for personnel assistance in operating the production line systems and solutions. As such, we may second personnel from our service department to our customer’s production facility, when required. The duration of such arrangements may range from 1 month to 6 months, depending on the complexity of the arrangement and customer requirements.
PCBA repair services
We provide PCBA repair services which includes troubleshooting and reworking of our customers’ PCBAs.
Training services
We provide training to our customers and their employees to educate them on the usage of our integrated solutions, and to improve their technical knowledge on the processes carried out by the machinery, equipment and/or production line systems and solutions. Our training services are typically carried out on-site at our customer’s facilities at our Group’s training centre located at our facility in Bukit Tengah, Pulau Pinang.
