Ooi Ley Ching is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Cnergenz. She is also the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, and a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.

Ooi Ley Ching graduated with a Diploma in Business Studies (Accounting) from Tunku Abdul Rahman College in 2003. She later obtained her Bachelor of Science in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom in 2005. In 2007, she completed her Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification exams. She is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants since 2011.

In March 2021, she founded Prominent Business Solution to provide accounting services, financing arrangements and general insurance services. She presently oversees the overall operations and management of the company.

She was also appointed as the Financial Controller of Critical M&E Engineering Sdn Bhd in October 2021 and is presently responsible for overseeing the company’s finance department, including overseeing financial reporting, accounting and costing.
