2004
• Incorporation of SiP Technology and commencement of our business operations.
• Appointed as a distributor by Speedline and a designer and manufacturer of automated production systems to distribute their range of SMT machinery and equipment, primarily solder paste printers, reflow ovens and conveyor systems.
2005
• Secured a contract to provide integrated production line systems for CPI (Penang) Sdn Bhd, a multinational EMS’ Malaysia-based operations which primarily serve the automotive and industrial electronics sector.
• Secured a contract with our first overseas customer to provide SMT machinery and equipment for Benchmark Electronics (Thailand) PCL, a multinational EMS’ Thailand-based operations which primarily serve the aerospace, medical and defence sectors.
2006
• Appointed as a distributor by ASM for the supply of surface mount placement machines
• Appointed as a distributor by W. Kolb Fertigungstechnik GmbH for the supply of cleaning machinery, equipment, tools and consumables.
2007
•Set up our application and training centre, inclusive of a demonstration room, to carry out simulations to enable showcasing proof of concept, customisations of machinery and equipment for prospective customers, and training services.
• Began working with our Affiliate, SiP Thailand on a collaborative effort to provide localized sales and marketing, and after-sales technical support and maintenance for our customers based in Thailand.
2008
• Appointed as a distributor by Koh Young, enabling us to incorporate additional testing and inspection processes to our integrated production line systems.
2009
• Secured a contract with our first customer in Vietnam, Jabil Vietnam Co Ltd, a multinational EMS’ Vietnam-based operations primarily serving the industrial and energy, networking and telecommunications and point-of-sale sectors, to provide customisation, configuration and integration of SMT machinery and equipment.
2011
• Began working with our Affiliate, SiP Vietnam on a collaborative effort to provide localized sales and marketing, and after-sales technical support and maintenance for our customers based in Vietnam.
2014
• Appointed as a distributor by a manufacturer of
instruments used to measure electricity and electrical signals enabling us to include other types of conveyor systems as part of our integrated production line systems.
2016
• Appointed as a distributor by INERTEC, enabling us to include selective wave-soldering equipment as part of our integrated production line systems
2018
• Ventured into the provision of smart factory solutions.
• Secured our first contract to commission a smart factory solution for a conglomerate in Vietnam
2019
• Secured a major contract to commission a complete smart factory, including providing integrated production line systems, for the same conglomerate in Vietnam
2020
• Appointed as a distributor by Teradyne Inc, enabling us to incorporate additional circuit testing processes to our integrated solutions.
2021
• Incorporation of Cnergenz and completion of our Pre-IPO Reorganisation.
• Set up our R&D division to venture into the design and development of our proprietary range of smart factory solutions
