Lye Thim Loong is the Chief Corporate Officer and Executive Director of Cnergenz and is primarily responsible for managing the Group’s corporate affairs and investor relations activities.

He obtained his certification for banking from the Institute of Bankers Malaysia in 1988 and received the Certified Financial Planner license from the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia in 2003.

He was the former Head of Investment in Hong Leong Asset Management Berhad, where he was responsible for overseeing the entire investment department and managing equity unit trusts and private mandates of both local and foreign funds. In 2020, he moved to Hong Leong Islamic Asset Management Sdn Bhd and was appointed as Executive Director, Fund Management.

On 31 January 2022, he ceased to be Executive Director of Hong Leong Islamic Asset Management Sdn Bhd. He was appointed as Chief Corporate Officer / Executive Director of Cnergenz on 1 February 2022.

Lye Thim Loong is the brother of Lye Yhin Choy, the Chief Executive Officer / Executive Director of Cnergenz.
